Connect-In Peer Mentoring Program

The goal of the Connect-In Peer Mentoring Program is to enhance supportive relationships within the spinal cord injury/ related disorders (SCI/D) community, sharing knowledge and experience, and providing an opportunity to learn from different perspectives. 

• Individuals who are at least one-year post-injury and 18 years old can apply to be a peer mentor through the Google Form Application. 
• Individuals at least 18 years old can apply for a peer mentoring visit through the Google Form Application.
